10. Cancellation and Service Termination
Users can cancel their services via the control panel. Unpaid services will be suspended 24 hours after the due date and permanently deleted 72 hours after suspension. It is the user's responsibility to make payments on time to prevent data loss.
11. Data Responsibility
While ClassRDP performs backups, users remain responsible for securing their own data. ClassRDP is not liable for data loss due to hardware or system failures or other unforeseen events.
12. VPS/RDP Restrictions
Users may not use VPS/RDP services for:
Outgoing DDoS attacks or participating in spam campaigns.
Hosting phishing or scam websites.
Port scanning or vulnerability testing without permission.
Fraud, such as carding or illegal gambling.
Violations will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify ClassRDP against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the services or violation of these terms.
